I know I have guaranteed employment at the USDA and that there is a commitment to work for the USDA in addition to the internship. When do the two years begin?
After graduation you will be required to work one year for every year of financial assistance received from USDA If you complete more than 640 hours of internship, you will be paid for the additional hours you work but that time will not go towards your two year commitment. Your commitment begins post-graduation.
